Rollover Bus Wash GH-500

GH-500

The GH-500 is HyTian’s rollover (gantry) bus and truck wash system for depots and yards where drive-through layouts aren’t practical. The vehicle parks in the wash bay while the gantry travels along rails to clean the front, sides, rear, and roof. Operators can choose single-pass or reciprocating cycles and add profiling high-pressure, drying, and antifreeze options to match local climate and cleanliness targets. Typical output is around 5–20 vehicles per hour, depending on program and soil level.

Highlights

Flexible installation for challenging sites

Rail-mounted gantry design avoids the need for a long drive-through channel and complex civil works, making GH-500 well-suited to depots with constrained space or non-linear traffic flow.

Season-ready operation

Optional temperature-sensing antifreeze protection and strong drying packages support reliable outdoor operation in cold regions, reducing weather-related downtime.

Controlled operating cost

Chemical dosing pumps, selectable wash programs, and optional water recycling help you manage water and chemistry use per vehicle and align with local environmental requirements.

Throughput & wash envelope

Rated for approximately 5–20 vehicles per hour, GH-500 accommodates wash sizes up to about 12 m (L) × 2.5 m (W) × 3.6 m (H) with a typical track length of around 15 m (adjustable to suit site conditions).

Automated wash process

The gantry executes a programmed sequence of detergent application, brush washing (top brush optional), and high-pressure rinsing, with mirror-avoid logic and multiple safety interlocks to help protect vehicles and equipment.

Utilities & control

GH-500 uses three-phase power of approximately 15 kW and water flow around 80 L/min, with PLC-based control and optional profiling high-pressure and strong drying systems to tune wash performance.
