Tunnel TX-380 Series

The TX-380 series is HyTian’s flagship conveyor tunnel car wash system for high-volume sites—gas stations, express exterior tunnels, OEM plants, and professional wash centers. With 50–60 vehicles per hour, low water and chemical consumption, EVA closed-cell brushes, and configurable drying and controls, TX-380 helps you move more cars, protect paint, and lower cost-per-wash across every shift.
Buyer guidance
TX-380 buyer guidance
Tunnel TX-380 Series is a high-throughput tunnel wash for operators planning conveyor-based washing, repeatable cleaning quality, and scalable site flow.
Key buyer questions
- When should a buyer choose the TX-380?
- Use the TX-380 when throughput, repeatable wash quality, and conveyor-line operations matter more than a compact bay footprint.
- What should be checked before installing the TX-380?
- Confirm the equipment envelope, conveyor path, vehicle staging, power supply, water consumption, drainage, and service access before final layout.
Buyer fit matrix
Best fit
- High-volume wash sites planning continuous conveyor operation.
- Dealers, OEM plants, and operators that need repeatable vehicle presentation before delivery or inspection.
- Sites that can support tunnel-length equipment, staging, utilities, and exit circulation.
Not ideal for
- Sites that need a compact in-bay footprint instead of a tunnel line.
- Operators that cannot support conveyor staging, utility planning, and exit traffic flow.

Configurable Components

Modular System & SKUs
HyTian offers multiple TX-380 configurations with different brush and dryer packages, so you can right-size your capex to local volume, power availability, and service model—without compromising wash quality.

Conveyance Built For Flow
A full-plate entry guide helps drivers load quickly and consistently, while the VFD-controlled roller conveyor with heavy-duty chain (or optional slide-rail) handles multi-SUV loads and smooth speed changes for efficient loading and exit.

High-pressure Pre-wash
Motorized high-pressure arches with stainless nozzles sweep across the vehicle to remove silt, salt, and heavy road film before brush contact, improving cleaning results and extending brush life.

EVA brush package
The TX-380 EVA brush package includes top, tracking side, mid, and short brushes designed to maintain constant, even pressure, avoiding “clamping” and protecting trim, wipers, badges, and antennas—ideal for mixed vehicle profiles.

Drying your way
Choose from profiling, fixed, or silenced dryer arrays to match your power and noise limits. Tail-follow control focuses airflow where it’s needed for a drier finish at the exit, even with shorter tunnels or express packages.

Smart operations
A 10″ HMI with daily/monthly/total counters, LPR and voice options, and QR-code scan-to-start enables unattended or low-staff operation, simplifies reporting to owners, and makes it easier to spot trends in package mix and throughput.

Compare before you choose
Use this comparison table to frame product selection questions before requesting layout support.
| Criterion | This product | Compare with | Guidance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primary fit | Tunnel TX-380 Series | Rollover and touchless systems | Choose tunnel equipment when continuous throughput and line-rate consistency are the priority. |
| Site footprint | Tunnel-length bay, conveyor path, staging, and exit flow. | Rollover systems fit shorter in-bay layouts. | Confirm available linear space before comparing tunnel equipment with in-bay systems. |
| Operating model | Best for sites designed around continuous vehicle movement. | Best for lower-volume or compact automatic wash operations. | Match the equipment type to throughput targets, labor model, and traffic circulation. |
