HyTian DCX-100T Wheel Wash

The DCX-100T is HyTian’s grate-type, drive-through wheel wash system for ultra-heavy construction, mining, and industrial vehicles. Trucks roll slowly over a reinforced steel grate while high-energy jets clean wheels and undercarriage. The system combines automatic sludge discharge, internal water recycling, and configurable width/height to support vehicles up to 100 tons and help keep public roads cleaner and sites more compliant.

A drive-through, in-ground grate design is installed at the site exit, enabling continuous traffic flow while jets clean tires, rims, and undercarriage as vehicles roll across.

Wheel washing

Auto sludge/material removal

Built-in sludge handling continuously carries mud and aggregate away from the wash zone, helping maintain nozzle performance and reduce manual pit cleaning.

Drive through wheel wash

Closed-loop water circuit

Engineered for recirculated water use, the system routes runoff through settling and filtration stages (as configured) and back to the wash, reducing fresh-water consumption and wastewater volume.
