HyTian DCX-100G Wheel Wash

The DCX-100G is HyTian’s pit-type, roller-drive wheel wash system for heavy construction and industrial vehicles. Powered rollers rotate the wheels while high-pressure jets cut through packed mud and clay, delivering deeper tread cleaning than simple drive-through systems. An automatic sludge conveyor, closed-loop water recycling, and 45–60 second wash cycles help keep gates moving, water use low, and roads around your site cleaner.

Roller-drive wash action

Pit-mounted drive rollers engage the tires and rotate them through one or more revolutions while high-pressure jets target wheel faces, treads, and sidewalls for more complete cleaning.
